Your booking contract is directly with the Service Provider, not with CHWIT.MU.
Refunds, cancellations, amendments, and no-show conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant Service Provider.

The fare or rate selected
The specific conditions displayed at the time of booking
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted:
The cancellation and refund conditions displayed during checkout

CHWIT.MU does not guarantee that any booking is refundable unless this is explicitly stated during the booking process.
Hotel bookings are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies set by each hotel or accommodation provider.

When booking a flight:
You enter into a Contract of Carriage directly with the airline
The airline’s fare rules and conditions determine whether changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted
Important notes:
Many flight tickets are non-refundable
Changes or cancellations may be subject to airline fees and fare differences
Airlines reserve the right to reschedule or cancel flights in accordance with their own policies
Where permitted, CHWIT.MU may assist in submitting a change or refund request to the airline or aggregator, but approval and processing remain at the discretion of the airline or Service Provider.
If you wish to amend or cancel a booking, you must:
Review the applicable cancellation terms provided at booking
Submit your request within the allowed timeframe
Any applicable cancellation, amendment, or administrative fees imposed by Service Providers remain payable by you.
CHWIT.MU reserves the right to charge a reasonable service or handling fee, where applicable, for assisting with changes or cancellations.
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
Processing times depend on the Service Provider, payment processor, and bank
Refund timelines may vary and are not controlled by CHWIT.MU
Service fees charged by CHWIT.MU or third-party intermediaries may be non-refundable, unless required by law.
CHWIT.MU is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Strikes or industrial action
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Airline or supplier operational decisions
In such cases, refunds or credits are subject solely to the policies of the relevant Service Provider.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate traveller details
Reviewing booking conditions before confirming payment
Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, and entry requirements
Failure to comply with Service Provider requirements may result in cancellation or denial of service without refund.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
