Credit Card & QR Code Payment:
When you choose to pay by credit card or QR code, your hotel reservation is confirmed instantly once payment is successfully completed, securing your room at the agreed rate.
CIM Finance Payment:
If you select Cim Finance, no deposit is required at the time of booking. Your hotel reservation will be placed on hold status until you receive final approval and sign the financing contract with our partner, Cim Finance.
Once Cim Finance receives your signed contract, your stay will be fully secured. From that moment, your booking is protected against price increases and availability issues, ensuring complete peace of mind.

MopayPlus is one of the payment method you can use on Chwit.mu. You will need to have your MopayPlus limit available 1st to be able to use it.
MoPayPlus by Cim Finance is an interest-based revolving credit line that gives customers the flexibility to shop today and spread payments over 12 structured instalments. Available on Chwit.mu, it offers a convenient and accessible way to manage larger purchases while maintaining financial control.
If you choose to pay by Credit Card or QR Code, your reservation is confirmed immediately once payment is successfully completed. You will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant booking details.
If you choose Cim Finance, once your credit is approved, you will receive an email with all the relevant information, along with the Cim Finance credit facility agreement, which must be signed within 24 hours.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will send you a final confirmation email. At this stage, you can consider your reservation fully confirmed with the hotel.
Note: Signing the Cim Finance contract is mandatory in order for us to confirm and secure your reservation.
For additional peace of mind, you may also contact the hotel directly the day before your arrival to reconfirm your booking.
Users gain access to a wide range of industries, including flights, accommodation and other lifestyle or essential services, while spreading the cost over 12 months at a fixed 12% annual interest rate. This makes larger or planned expenses more manageable through structured and predictable repayments.
Yes. When submitting your application, you will automatically be assessed for both MoPay and MoPay Plus, subject to eligibility.
Once your application is approved, you will be given the option to select your preferred product at the time of final confirmation.

To proceed, customers will be required to:
• Review and sign the updated contract, and
• Reply to the email with the signed version attached.
• Once the signed agreement has been received and validated, the MoPayPlus credit line will be activated accordingly.

No. Customers cannot apply at Cim Finance’s counters.
If a customer visits a branch to apply, they will be informed that MoPay is exclusively available through the MoFinans app. Customers will need to download the app, complete their registration, and submit their application directly via the platform.
Yes: Clients who are above 69yrs at time of application are not eligible for MoPay.
It can take up to 2 working days to issue a customer’s full eligible limit if no further documents are required
The documents required are as follows:
1. Customer ID (Mauritian National Identify Card)
2. Proof of Address (Utility Bill: CEB, CWA or Telecom),
3. Proof of Relationship in case proof of address is not in your name
o For parents: Birth Certificate,
o For married people: Marriage Certificate
o Other: For e.g., rental- rent book or renting contract & NIC of landlord.
o Stepparents: Birth certificate of spouse + Marriage certificate
o Other relationship: NIC of person.
